As you may have seen from my classified post, I'm looking for a non-runic copy of Cairn of the Skeleton King from PPP.

What should I expect to pay for one?

Original price was $15, and this was implicitly a limited edition, although I don't know how many were printed.

I believe 500 copies were printed. I'll be placing three copies of CotSK and ToB Numbered Edition on eBay within the hour.
>EDIT< They're up.

To close the loop and provide a valuation data point, I ended up buying a copy of Cairn of the Skeleton King from someone on dragonsfoot for $40 total (including shipping); I made the offer, the seller accepted. From the verbal description, it sounds like it's probably Fine or Very Fine condition.

I was rather impatient in this particular search, so I imagine I could flush another one of its hiding spot with a $30 offer + a bit of patience.
