I might have missed this, or the gray matter might just be getting fuzzy, but what's the word on a Goodman Games AD&D-esque release for Gen Con this year? Has the GSL nuttiness prohibited this? |

I haven't heard of anything special from Goodman Games for Gencon but my guess would be that if they have such a thing it will be a 4th Edition item. |

Considering the massive sale on the existing DCC line, both pdf and print, it is unlikely they will produce a 1e item for GenCon, as the GSL forbids continuing a product line under both it, and a previous license -- and Goodman has made it very clear they are going 4e for DCC. |

I dont believe they are going to have a 1st edition adventure this year. Nothing I have read on their forums indicate anything was ever in the works. They probably have their hands full with 4E. They will probably be selling some of the 4E modules that havent been released to stores yet like they did last year with Castle Whiterock and Vault of the Iron Overlord. |

That sucks but makes sense. I hope I'm proven wrong and Goodman Games comes through again. |

They probably agreed to stop releasing old edition materials in order to publish for 4.0. |

I'm pretty sure that's in the agreement. If anything Goodman games, like WOTC, will be heavily pushing their 4E material at the show.
