I knew you would not bite on the B3.... no worries.
Besides, the Silver Princess has been escorted back to her plush residence inside her glass castle once again.
As for that other thing, I am not worried.
I know you are VERY busy planning the big GenCon thing, not to mention all the planning you must be doing for the Tegel Manor Game.
After all ....... another giant shrew encounter may just be overdoing it a bit...
you gotta come up with some other nasty surprise for the guys, like a gigantic living Bacon Cheeseburger...... |

Where do we start with this one? First of all there's the ridiculous BIN price of $300. Not even sure if the $75 opening bid price is worth it. The real kicker is the $50 shipping cost for media mail |
After seeing that this seller had a second auction with a $50 media mail charge as well I reported it. |

Finding many of these books for sale is very difficult - BID WITH CONFIDENCE!
15 people told him that those books were common. Oh well.

I wanted the Necromancer's Book. $15 wasn't horrible for it -- and, its going to be traded for a larger, more valuable thing, anyway, so I figured why not. The rest... umm, yeah. A bit on the end of high. |

The seller did reduce the shipping to $30. Still an obscene amount for media mail. |

They are harder to find complete than some boxed sets. The maps and 24 handout cards especially. The set itself is crap, post Gygax lets emasculate the campaign stuff that came out at that time. The city is ridiculously small and nothing compared with the complex lankhmarish style that Gygax wrote about. |

It only takes two or three collectors in a genre to drive the price up for some time. |

Dungeon Master's Copy of The Ghost Tower of Inverness (was posted under interesting items thread but when the bidding ended....I thought it should be here as well
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280251217637
topped 3 grand USD...over twice what its valued for per Acaeum
so much for the Acaeum price setting scandal |
