I find it interesting that the seller didn't make a second chance offer to the runner-up bidder. The runner-up bidder was at $1520.00 and the new listing BIN is at $1500.00
The auction ended on the 9th and they re-listed it today. That's 5 days, not even enough time to file a Non-Paying Bidder Dispute. |

I sent the seller a question about the quick re-list and they stated that the buyer couldn't pay and that the new BIN price was a (and I quote) "very good deal if you asked me". |

Looking at his feedback, he sold another similar lot with an $1800 BIN. Not knowing anything about this CCG, maybe this guy is not as off his rocker as it seems. |

Did he sell it or was it another unpaid winning bid? |

Zero feedback buyer with less than 30 day account.
New E-Bay seller ID, also less than 30 days old.
Looks Fishy to me...... |

I remember when ebay started and it was common to find a group of users (or user IDs) with the exact same people leaving them their first feedbacks. We used to call them feedback rings, sometimes they were just one person with many multiple accounts. |

Obviously he shilled his own account. What is sad is that he will be allowed to NPB his own shill and not pay the seller's fees. |

Besides, if it was a "very good deal", he could have contacted Bidder #2 with a Second Glance Offer. |

$135.88 shipping to Canada.
Though it's nice to see that they've listed it as "Other Int'l Shipping" rather than their standard "First Class Mail Int'l" shipping method.
Recently saw an auction of theirs with the latter method listed for ~$34 for shipping -- which was amusing, since First Class to Canada tops out at $16. |

Its not the actual item being sold.
That is a stock photo, as it states in the description.
I specifically asked them last time they had this one listed, and they confirmed it.
In fact, they were quite miffed that I even asked them, questioning the use of a stock phot for an $8,600 USD item.
They said they were too busy taking invetory of that huge collection they had purchased to be bothered with taking and posting a new picture.
BTW: they also told me this specific Orange B3 came from that same huge collection.
Dem guys is really classy........... |

IMO: My copy is in better condition than the one in that photo.
Of course the one listed is not the one in that stock photo, so who knows?
Still, considering the current revised and heavily discounted BIN of $5,164.68,
Such a great deal I have... JUST for you Sir.....
I would take half that new BIN amount ($5,164.68 USD) for my copy of orange B3.
And as a BONUS: if mine sold for that ($2,582.32), then I would PAY the shipping costs myself, so you would not be out that other $100.61 USD for shipping .....
WOW!!!!!! that amounts to a savings of $2,682.93 (more or less) USD!!!!!!
After all, I would not be paying the high E-Bay fees, so I could afford to waive shipping costs couldn't I?
I shall await your PM in my message box........ |
