Thank you Carl,
I was looking for that book for quite a long time. It seems to be in a very beautiful shape.

Arrrgh!
"No International Bidders Please!"
I would have joined the fun, but for that!
Since 99% of everything I ship out is 'International", I guess I don't get it. Would someone please let me know if shipping to Canada is that big a deal... It's just an extra form, right?
Thanks,
David |

I've shipped to the UK, Australia, and a few European countries, and the story is the same.
For me, the shipping cost is where the problem is. I have only the roughest idea how much a packed item will cost for shipping within the US, much less overseas. (That reminds me; I owe go26er a few bucks for a shipping refund.) Flat-Rate envelopes and boxes negate the guesswork but raise the price significantly. |

Yet another SA I can't buy because of no International Shipping!!!!
Nice pick-up Aneoth.

It's odd, as that seller normally does international shipping. |

Actually, I got it for $88 at Gencon (I assume that's the one you are talking about)...pretty cheaply I figure since the L3 can bring close to that in auction solo (don't get me started on why the blamed thing is worth more in pieces than together).

It seems that the opened sets go fairly cheaply when they come up. I won one on ebay last month for $76. It was complete and in great shape, and the seller tossed in moderately beat-up copies of L1 and L2.
The prices for L3 on its own are puzzling. |

Years ago I bought and sold over 12 SA sets by busting them up and selling the parts. It is like Polyhedrons. I can sell the adventures if I pull them out of the mags but I can't sell the mags (for the same price) with the adventures in them. |

He thinks it is an earlier printing. The two booklets look to be so/so condition and the box of the OCE is pretty bad. Breaking it valuewise I'd say the OCE end of it comes in at under a hundred. The two booklets are easily sold off if you didn't want them. |
