OK, someone either stole my mailbox or knocked it way off into the weeds somewhere.  I see a tire track that makes me believe someone pulled off the road and took that damned thing.   Confused

If someone sees the thief driving around with my mailbox, please shoot him with some rock salt.   Very Happy

Well if anyone wants to see a "fun" movie full of ass-kicking gun battles, take the time to go see Wanted.  I heard some so-so reviews of it and thought it would end up being a rental, but my wife really wanted to see it....and I am glad we did.  Very Happy

And seeing Angelina Jolie's naked backside didnt hurt none either.  Cool

I'm with you, brother. If Jolie and a random hot female russian tennis player showed up at my front door for a date, I'll tell Jolie to take a hike.  That face freaks me out.....

One excuse for the Jurassic Park movie...

In Michael Crichton's  novel, Jurrasic Park, we are presented with an entire cast of intensely brilliant characters...including a pair of genius kids...and in virtually every scene the characters do exactly the opposite of the most logical action.

My personal favorite from the novel is.....

With the entire island to choose from...and with the tyrannosaurus rex asleep in a field....the best plan the characters can come up with is to inflate a rubber raft, sneak past the T-rex with the raft, put the raft in a pond and float down a small river through all the various dinosaur exhibits.

The idea of simply keeping two children safe by remaining in a fortified building that has both food and water is just not acceptable....sneak past the T-rex with a boat is a better option!

At least in the novel, Crichton explains the lack of firearms by having his millionaire owner forbid them lest someone shoot the invaluable dinosaur exhibits...nutty as that is.

Hey, I actually LIKED Jurassic Park!  Hollywood was finally on the right track there.  That's what the American movie going public WANTS to see:  People being chased and gobbled up by gigantic, bloodthirsty dinosaurs!

That, and hot chicks shooting zombies.

Good to know, the trailers look fun, but one can never tell.  Plus I like Angelina Jolie - always refreshing to see an actress who is sexy (which is rather rare), rather than simply pretty (which is standard).  Very Happy

Go rent a movie called Gia. You get young Jolie, before all the messes, totally naked. Front, back, sideways, you name it. Granted, she is playing a strung out heroin junkie, but trust me, no junkie in the history of junkies ever looked this good naked. Come back and thank me later.

Seen it.  And for me, seeing her naked really wasnt worth the time spent having to sit through the whole heroin infused crapfest.  However, getting to see the lovely Elizabeth Mitchell (Juliet on Lost) makes up for it.

If I really feel the need to rent a movie just to see Angelina Jolie in the buff, I will pick up Pushing Tin first.  Has John Cusack made a bad movie?

Can't think of one - Hell I even liked all the 'teen' stuff - I recently brought the DVD of 'Better Off Dead', because it seemed i was the only human being in the (my) entire world that even remembered it!
