I won the following lot uncontested. Confused  I thought I would get sniped in the last minute. Are they fairly common or just not really popular?

There are six minis in total, and the dwarves also has a weapon rack.

TSR lead AD&D miniatures of that time are generally considered poor quality sculpts and molds, and hence don't command much on the secondary market.  The Ral Partha AD&D line is usually considered one of the best and their prices reflect that.

If the blisters are in good shape and the packing is decent, it's not that bad of a deal at $2 per blister.  The $5 shipping from the US to Canada makes the minis effectively cost $4.50 apiece; that's a bad deal.

Don't sound so down . . .

You could buy some ordinary loose minis in bulk for cheaper than what you paid and practice on those instead.

Keep these in the package and paint them when you're ready.

Oh I'm not down... Very Happy  I'm actually excited about starting my mini painting hobby, those two packs are nothing compared to what I have on the way. Got Ral Parthas, Grenadiers(different sets) more TSR (the ones in green packaging - monsters) Now I actually need paint and brushes. I have them picked out, I have been getting advice from people over at DF. Anyway I think I have went a little off topic... Shocked
