There are two of them, as I recall (I have two, anyway) and they are sort of choose-your-own-adventures on CD. You listen to something, it asks what you wanna do, and then you skip to Track X and listen some more. I don't have any idea if they are collectible, or what they are worth: the two I have came in a lot of stuff I bought, so that's not really any help. I'd probably put a low value, as I think the tracks are actually available, for free (or were) from WotC...
Just checked:
Track of the Vampire
Track of the Werewolf |

aia, the pictures are of the CD jewel case themselves. When the Terror Trax CDs were released, they were packaged in longboxes (see Wikipedia entry). |

I bought mine used, no longbox. I don't believe that they have any value without the longbox; with the longbox, maybe a little.
A quick eBay search reveals that Track of the Vampire was released for the PC. |

Both of mine have longboxes, though I don't think I'll further assist in this, as I obviously have no idea what they are.... right?
Whatever. |

They did come in long boxes and are "audio cd interactive games". Its a game that you play using your cd player - probably has you made decisions and jump to different tracks on the cd. I haven't opened my copies but I got them dirt cheap still in shrink; $1 each comes to mind. |

I'm sorry . . . did you say something?
Thanks for the WotC links . . . I didn't know that WotC had released the audio tracks. |
