I was there for a while alone, then killjoy and I hooked up and began talking about a possible trade.
We got to the point where others joined and could not get much into the conversation.
We were obviously monopolizing the chat room and no one else could get a sentence in edgewise, so Alan called me up and we talked for a long while.
I feel a bit bad though, July 4th is not exactly a holiday in the UK and it was 2 am (his time) before I finally let him go.
In my defense the last bit of the call was spent with me enjoying the actual DM's account of the “Tail of the Killer Shrew”
(Pun intended). Tale could also have been used instead......
I almost split a gut laughing.
Just HEARING the lead in and the entire story of that fierce battle over the phone was incredibly hillarious.
I truly wish I had been there to witness that momentous occasion in person. |

Sorry for getting all bent out of shape over nothing.
Apparently, I had my melodrama feature turned up to 11 this afternoon. |

I'd pay money to see a picture of that. On second thought, no, I wouldn't.

Yeah, sorry I missed last night. The wife threw me a birthday party, and I had to be nice to real people. The cake was good, so the night wasn't a complete loss. Maybe next Friday night. Seriously, I had a good time, and I am grateful for family and friends who put up with me and even love me. May you all be so fortunate. |

Hiya,
sorry for dropping out of chat last night - some tw*t drove a BMW thru our front garden wall and into the garden.
This was AFTER he'd taken down an electricity pole in the street, so we lost all power.
Then he did a runner.
Car was a bit of a mess tho
Cheers,

That's what happens when you try to read an ST1 while driving!
Idiot should have known better.
Maybe he saw the hairy man picture on his cellphone and and went bonkers (inside joke for last night's chatters)
