Never seen these before.  Anyreason they are not listed on Acaeum?

Those mini books are a novelty item that came out a few years ago from Twenty First Century Games.  There are some mini boxed sets also (Basic and Expert D&D sets as well as few others.)

So their printing is post 1990?

There is a Silver Anniversary logo inside the front cover, but no copyright date. I would say 1999. Hope this helps.
