Excerpt from eBay Policies : "Downloadable Media Policy eBay prohibits the listing of items or products to be delivered electronically through the Internet. (...) Examples (...) - A copy of a downloadable eBook" This means anything distributed by email may not be sold via eBay. Please go ahead and report him. What do you think I should do - for the time being I am keeping it as evidence ... for the ammount of money involved it isn't worth any hassle, but it's sad knowing that he's making money by doing this.
