Pretty much what I figured. No big deal. I'll dump it if I don't like it. One can always get rid of stuff. Smile

I would say for $25 maybe not.  I think he still has lots of stock and in recent open auctions they have sold for $8 (I bought 2 for this price and have passed those along already), then TFM got one for $5, then another sold for $8.  There were a few before the one I bought that sold cheap too.

yes, smtg like the zayene lots of Aaron or the preview edition of Tegel Manor of Crazyegor...  Confused

... i look forward to find one of these in the future (the seller doesnt even reply to the qeustions related to overseas shipping!)...

My copy of Dungeon of Necros (1981) arrived yesterday - I am guessing most people were at GenCon and missed this auction.  The only reference to it I could find was on the old Afterglow site and a blog by the author's daughter (but couldn't get in contact with her).

I had to buy a bunch of other stuff to get it but was happily surprised at the condition of some of the other stuff - the ToEE ended up being in about NM condition.

I would guess that Necros is insanely rare.

I also recently picked up a few more Fantasy Factory (US) items:

I'm still looking for Overland Encounters Levels 5-8 if anyone has one for sale.

and this Origins Edition of The Fantasy Gamer's Compendium:

Nice! I find any rare old cottage RPGs just about impossible to win these days. I think there are a lot out there with deep pokcets that have everything readily available and just fight it our for the strange and rare non-TSR stuff.

Sometimes I waste time doing peculiar searches, but whereas a couple of years ago I would pick up the odd item, now I give up after an hour or so  -- I assume the high rollers are trawling Ebay backwards and forwards and upside down with every odd RPG term conceivable, like big companies with driftnets turning the sea into a desert. Nemo

Only solution is to finish this (expletive) degree study , get back to work, and then join the high rollers. Greedy

I'm with you on that one.

However, having just purchased the remaining stock of the Real Wonders & Tremendous Gambits, I do have a few extra copies if anyone is interested.

I received Infinity RPG from the Infinity Company, released in 1979. I was astonished that no one spot it in NKG stock Smile
