Dragons of Despair is the first in a series of 16
modules set in Weis and Hickman's DragonLance world. Players take
on the roles of the main characters in the original DragonLance trilogy,
which are Tanis, Tasslehoff Burrfoot, Caramon, Raistlin, Goldmoon, Riverwind,
Sturm Brightblade and Flint Fireforge. The module series takes
players through the story outlined in the original series of DragonLance
novels. In Dragons of Despair, players travel through the lands
around the town of Solace and make their way eastward to the lost city
of Xak Tsaroth. This adventure module has excellent annotated
wilderness and cavern maps, with boxed descriptions to read for most
areas. It introduces new magic items and statistics for three
new creatures (Draconians, Gully Dwarves and Spectral Minions).

The second installment in the DragonLance module series, Dragons of Flame,
provides a scenario in which the player characters must survive the massive
invasion of the Draconian hordes. With the lands around Solace in
ruins and much of the population captured and in slave caravans, the players'
travels take them to the unconquered lands of the Qualinesti Elves and then
to the great fortress prison of Pax Tharkas, the secret entrance to
the Draconian domain. This module has six adventuring sections each
with detailed information and boxed descriptions to read for the players.
It has a large fold out map entitled "the Lands of Abanasynia". It introduces

The third installment sees the Player Characters fleeing with 800 refugees
they have rescued from the great fortress Pax Tharkas. Players must
travel across a large wilderness area seeking clues to the ancient kingdom
of the dwarves, the only possible safe haven for such a large group of people.
This module has three main chapters together with detailed annotated cavern
and wilderness maps. It has detailed statistics for three sub-types
of draconian (dragonman). The map that comes with DL2 is used as reference

The fourth installment, Dragons of Desolation, concludes the first of three
parts of the DragonLance series of modules. In this module, the Draconian
hordes have conquered the Northern lands, and the Players having found the
doors to ancient Thorbadin, must lead the refugees to safety. Players
must complete a quest from the Dwarven Thanes in order to pass. This
module has five separate chapters with detailed descriptions for the DM
and boxed sections for the players. It provides statistics for the
Dwarven clans, statistics for one new creature and ancient relic.
The large poster map titled "The Kingdom of Throbadin" gives detailed
maps for the Dwarven Realm. Trivia: The cover art, by Keith Parkinson,
has a very tiny TARDIS, Doctor Who, and K-9 in it. Note: the last

Dragons of Ice opens the next part of the DragonLance series and is based
on the second of the novels, Tales of Winter Night. With the refugees
safe in Thorbadin, the players travel south to the port city of Tarsis.
The city, however, is now miles from the sea and dangers lurk the streets.
Players receive a new quest - to travel into the frozen lands to the south
and retrieve one of the legendary Dragon Orbs. The playable characters
change in this module and now include: Tasslehoff Burrfoot, Flint Fireforge,
Sturm Brightblade, Aaron Tallbow, Derek Crownguard, Elistan, Gilthanas and
Laurana. The module is divided into five chapters each with detailed
descriptions and boxed text. There are two small poster maps, one
for the Players and one for the DM titled "Map of the Ice Reaches and the
New Tarsian Coast." The module includes stats for two new creatures

This is the final module in the second part of the DragonLance module series.
In this module players embark on a mission deep into the enemy Dragon Highlords'
realm. They must gain entry to the imposing city of Sanction and search
for a key to the Dragon Highlord's lair. The next task is to solve
the mystery of the Dragon's Oath and finally penetrate the secret of the
Dark Queen to bring salvation to Krynn. There are five distinct play
chapters in this module. The counters sheet has cardboard counters
representing the dragons and the final part of the module - an aerial battle
over the evil Temple of Luerkhisis can be played out using the BattleSystem
optional rules. The centre pages 23-26 entitled Silvart folio are

Dragons of Dreams is the beginning of the third and final book of the DragonLance
adventure module series and is actually based on chapters 8 to 12 of the
second novel in the series. It reintroduces the characters from the
first four modules, but adds a few more: Tanis, Caramon, Raistlin, Goldmoon,
Riverwind, Tika Waylan, Alhana Starbreeze and Waylorn Wyvernsbane.
This module has four major chapters. It starts with the characters
being rescued from Tarsis by Princess Alhana of the Silvanesti Elves.
She asks the characters to help save the Silvanesti by entering the fabled
land of dreams. Three new creatures are introduced in this module
(dreamwariths, dreamshadows and bloodsea minotaurs). The map booklet,
which is unnumbered and the third sheet of the trifold cover, which is designed
to be cut into character cards, should be checked for to ensure that this
module is complete.

Dragons of Glory is a self contained simulation game. It comes with
fold out hex maps and counters and uses the BattleSystem Rules to allow
the Players to simulate some of the great battles outlined in the novels.
There are two forces, the High Solamnic Knights and the Dragon Highlords
and their minions. The 16 page booklet contains four small scenarios
and the outline for a full campaign game. It also contains a background
section and command hierarchy. The 8 page booklet contains detailed
rules for running the game. The bi-fold cover has a counter information
guide and combat tables. The two maps cover the entire DragonLance
world and there is a battle turn track in the lower right half of the right
side map. There are a total of 400 counters. A Ziploc bag is

Dragons of Faith is the second module in the third lot of four modules in
the series. Through a series of seven distinct play chapters, the
characters venture across the haunted Blood Sea of Istar and then
deep into enemy lands, evading the enemy to find some way to defeat the
Dark Queen. This module has both cardstock counters for use with BattleSystem
rules (outlined in chapter 9) as well as two sheets of cardstock TALIS cards.
These cards feature as a game of skill and chance in the novels and are
brought to life in this module. Pages 31 to 34 and the top part of
page 35/36 are designed to be pulled out and cut into cards and together

the series. Through four playable chapters the adventurers leave the
threatened city of Kalaman and cross the desolation of the occupied lands
to seek the City of Neraka and the Temple of the Queen of Darkness, which
lie at the heart of the Dragon Empire. Through their travels they
learn of another fabled place from ancient times, the Glitterpalace of Paladine.

world and also what it is like after the war. The main 40 page booklet
